How do I find your clinic?
We are located at Unit 02, 314 Lake Street, St. Catharines, ON L2N 4H4, next to 7 Eleven and Rollin’ Pizza.
Will I receive appointment reminders?
You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Preferences can be updated in our booking portal.
Can you bill more than one insurance plan?
We can bill your primary insurance directly. For secondary plans, payment is usually made to you, and you may submit our invoice for reimbursement.
How do I use my insurance benefits?
Bring your insurance card and sign a consent form to allow us to submit claims. You are responsible for any balance not covered by your plan. Please bring an alternate payment method in case of technical issues.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, Interac, E-transfer, cash, and direct billing. Receipts are provided for insurance or tax purposes.
Do I need a prescription or referral?
A prescription is not required to book an appointment, but your insurer may need one to process your claim. Check your benefits booklet or contact your provider.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive a few minutes early and complete the intake form online. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or late cancellations after one warning.
Which insurers do you support for direct billing?
We process direct billing through Telus Health, Sun Life, Canada Life, Blue Cross, and Greenshield. Contact us to confirm your provider.
Do you offer couples massage?
We do not offer side-by-side couples massage, but may be able to book you and your partner at the same time. Please call for availability.
Why is HST charged for massage therapy?
Massage therapy services include 13% HST.
